Naulu Apartments, Pacific Development Group | HONOLULU, HI | 2023-2025

On August 29, 2025, the City and County of Honolulu joined community partners to celebrate the grand opening of Nāulu Apartments in Hālawa, ʻAiea. Nāulu Apartments—also known as Hālawa View II—is a brand-new 25-story, $168 million affordable housing tower located near Pearl Harbor.

The project delivers 302 deeply affordable rental units for households earning 30–60% of the Area Median Income, with rents (including utilities) ranging from $704 to $2,404

Ka Haku, Hilton Grand Vacations ($490M) | HONOLULU, HI | 2025

A 32-story time share tower comprising over 213 units. Located in the heart of Waikiki, Ka Haku, a Hilton Club sets a new standard for luxury living in Hawaii. Featuring elegant and spacious accommodations including five floors of Penthouse Suites, plus a sparkling outdoor pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, it offers a blend of modern technology and indigenous finishings that reflect the essence of Hawaiian culture.

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT | PCL | HONOLULU, HI | 2019-2023

Oversaw a combined portfolio of projects up to $600M+ in various stages of development in the State of Hawaii. Led and collaborated with internal stakeholders to ensure the vision, scope and budget were accounted for from acquisition to project completion. Directed project teams and external stakeholders in creating and implementing an effective strategy for project success. Build and maintained strong relationships with partners to ensure projects were completed on time, within scope and budget; demonstrated excellent negotiation skills to arrive at mutually beneficial project outcomes.

Lilia Waikiki Tower
  • LILIA WAIKIKI, Brookfield Properties ($200M) General Superintendent for the successful development of a 28-story residential tower comprising over 400 units and an extensive 40,000 square foot of retail space tailored to serve the local community. Responsible for a team of 30 in-house Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers and up to 75 hourly employees. Fostered strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for contractors, customers, and suppliers. Managed resources and staffing to ensure adequate materials were on-site and quality of work is maintained; resulted in the completion of the project on time and budget. Received several accolades and awards for the project:

  • Multifamily Development of the Year in Hawaii, 2023 (PCBC’s Golden Nugget Art of Design Award)

  • Hawaii’s first-ever Fitwel 1-Star Rating Award (Center for Active Design) Recognized for its design in promoting occupant health and well-being, incorporating design and operations strategies that support occupants’ physical, mental and social health.

  • Best Projects Award of Merit, 2022 (Engineering News-Record) Considered one of commercial construction’s most prestigious and coveted honors.

  • KING KALAKAUA PLAZA, Marriott Timeshares ($150M) General Superintendent heavily involved in the pre-construction and logistics for a highly complex redevelopment project to repurpose a four-story building into a seven-story timeshare property, including retail space and 110 units, with a rooftop pool, bar and fitness center.

SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT / PROJECT DIRECTOR | LECOR INDUSTRIES | CALGARY, AB

Lead and developed a high performing team of 100 employees on various large-scale construction and landscaping projects. Worked closely with the business development team to execute pre-construction activities, securing $300 - $400M in projects.

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER STUART OLSON | CITY OF CALGARY

Managed the entire lifecycle of construction project management, including cost control, procurement, scheduling, project closeout for a highly reputable new Library project for the City of Calgary. Established a productive relationship with the Calgary municipality and developed a strong reputation within the Calgary construction industry.

  • NEW CENTRAL LIBRARY, Calgary, Municipal Land Corporation ($240M) Successful delivery of a four-story, 240,000 sq. ft Library. LEED Gold Certification achieved.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT | LEDCOR INDUSTRIES INC. | CALGARY, AB | 2011-2015

Provided supervision to 100+ trade workers and managed site administration, safety orientations. Maintained strict adherence to quality, safety and budget requirements and regulations; ensure projects were completed within design, budget and schedule.

WESTIN RESORT / SPA OCEAN TOWER RENOVATION, STARWOOD RESORTS & HOTELS, Maui, HI ($100M) Renovation of an existing 16-story hotel while remaining open and fully operational.
